摘要
目的:探讨盆腔肌肉训练在预防骨科术后患者尿潴留中的效果。方法:将我院100例骨科手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强盆腔肌肉训练。比较两组术后尿潴留发生情况,有无膀胱充盈感、自主排尿及排尿完全感,同时根据排尿顺畅程度及残余尿量评价膀胱功能,并采用自制护理满意度调查表统计患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果:观察组术后尿潴留发生率、膀胱充盈感和自主排尿及排尿完全感比例均低于对照组(P<0.05);膀胱功能优于对照组(P<0.05);患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔肌肉训练对预防骨科术后患者尿潴留有较好效果,可改善膀胱功能,提高患者满意度。
Objective：To investigate the effect of pelvic muscle exercise in the prevention of postoperative retention of urine of patients with orthopedic surgery. Methods：100 patients who underwent orthopedic operation in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（50 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group accepted extra strengthened pelvic muscle exercise. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and the satis-faction rate of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results：The incidence of postoperative urinary retention,the proportion of sensation of bladder filling,automatic micturition and complete micturition of the patients were lower in the observation group than the control group（P〈0. 05）;the bladder function of the patients was better in the observation group than the control group（P〈0. 05）;the patientˊs satisfaction rate of nursing care was higher in the observation group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The pelvic muscle exercise has good effect in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention of patients with orthopedic operation and it can improve patientˊs satisfaction with nursing care as well as their bladder function.
