摘要 通过对钻进过程中不同类别卡钻事故的特征分析,初步确定循环卡钻发生时与其密切相关的钻井参数,且考虑到时间序列在数据预测中实时预测和提前预报的显著特点,针对青海地区地热勘探井实际钻井工程中的钻进数据,运用时间序列分析建模方法对钻进时循环卡钻的预测进行了初步分析和研究,阐述循环卡钻的特点和影响因素。提出卡钻类别判断的基本流程,并通过对循环卡钻密切相关的钻井参数进行建模和处理,最终证实了此方法在循环卡钻预测中的可行性。 In this paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of different types of sticking in the process of drilling, preliminary identified is drilling parameters closely related with circular sticking, and taking into account the striking feature of advance prediction and real - time prediction, according to the relevant data of a geothermal exploration wells in Qinghai. Using the modeling method of time series analysis to do preliminary analysis and study for the prediction of circular sticking, this paper describes in detail the characteristics and influence factors of cir- cular sticking. It presents a basic flow of judging types of sticking after first determines big category, judge small categories, further shorten the time of processing sticking accidents and reduce the drilling cost and the drilling cycle, and through modeling and processing of drilling parameters closely related with circular sticking. Finally it confirms the feasibility of this method in the prediction of circular sticking.
