摘要
为了对新型压裂泵的特性进行研究,在AMESim中建立某型压裂泵的系统仿真模型,对柱塞的位移,吸入、排出阀启闭特性与腔内压力关系进行了分析,为压裂泵进一步的优化分析提供借鉴。
The model of certain fracturing pump is established in AMESim, so that we can study the characteristic of new pump, the displacement of plunger, together with the opening and closing of inlet and outlet valve. Also, the relationship between pressure of plunger cavity and opening and closing of inlet and outlet valve is analyzed. The result lays the foundation for further optimization for new pump
