摘要 目的:观察和分析主动脉球囊反搏术在急性心肌梗死中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月~2014年3月本院收治的32例急性心肌梗死患者为观察组,采用主动脉球囊反搏术治疗;随机选取同期32例急性心肌梗死患者作为对照组,采用升压、扩容、再灌注、对症处理及一般支持治疗等,比较和分析两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组血压、心率及尿量情况较治疗前明显改善(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后的LVEF、LVESV及LVEDV改善情况均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组的多脏器功能衰竭、恶性心律失常及死亡发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用主动脉球囊反搏术治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果显著,其是一种合理、有效的救治方案,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe and analyze application effect of intra-aortic balloon pump in acute myocardial in-farction. Methods 32 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction from February 2012 to March 2014 in our hos-pital were selected as observation group,intra-aortic balloon pump was used in observation group.32 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction the same period were randomly selected as control group,expansion,reperfusion,symp-tomatic treatment and general support were used in control group.Therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Re-sults After treatment,blood pressure,heart rate and urine volume was significantly improved respectively compared with before treatment in observation group(P〈0.05).Improvement of LVEF,LVESV and LVEDV after treatment in observation group was better than that in control group respectively (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of multiple organ failure,malignant arrhythmia and death in two groups was compared respectively,with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Effect of intra-aortic balloon pump in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is obvious,which is a reasonable,effective treatment method,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
