摘要
该文就目前煤矿企业改制过程中档案工作存在的问题、如何依法加强对这些企业的档案管理、规范档案处置行为、有效地防止国有资产的流失几方面,进行探讨、阐述几点认识,以期使改制煤矿企业档案工作向着更加科学化、规范化方向发展。
The process of coal of archives work in enterprise restructuring exist what problem, and how to strengthen the archives management, the enterprise specification file handling behavior, effectively prevent the loss of state- owned assets, has become one of the important task at all levels of the archives administration departments and archivists. This paper expounds several understanding, in order to make the reform of coal enterprise archives work towards a more scientific, standardized development.
