摘要
民族地区的教育发展与民生改善具有内在的依存关系。教育作为一项社会事业,本身就是民生改善的重要内容;通过教育增强民族群众民生改善的主体性,是教育民生功能的本质规定及实践路径。忽视教育发展与民生改善的文化规约性,是民族地区诸多教育问题凸显的症结。关注民族教育发展中的文化差异与民族群众的民生状况及教育需要、重视教育发展的社会文化制约性和教育学立场的文化意识,是构建民族地区教育发展与民生改善共赢机制的基本理路。
Education development and people's livelihood improvement are inherently interdependent in ethnic minority areas. As a social undertaking, education development is the important object of people's livelihood improvement; through education to enhance the subjectivity of ethnic minorities in people's livelihood improvement, is the hypostasis and practical route of improving people's livelihood of education. Neglecting Cultural Constraints between education development and people's livelihood improvement is the crux of many educational problems in minority areas. Paying attention to cultural differences and people's livelihood condition and educational needs, attaching to social culture constraints and cultural consciousness of pedagogic standpoint in educational development, are the basic logic to build a people's livelihood and optimization mechanism of education development in ethnic minority areas.
