荸荠杨梅的挥发油成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究了黔产荸荠杨梅果实(Myrica rubra Boqi)挥发油的化学成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备荸荠杨梅挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对荸荠杨梅的挥发油成分进行研究。从荸荠杨梅挥发油中检出51个色谱峰,鉴定了32个化合物,占挥发油总量的94.64%,主要化合物为:石竹烯(20.29%)、棕榈酸乙酯(18.35%)、5-羟甲基-1,3,3-三甲基-2-(3-甲基-1,3-丁二烯基)-环戊醇(12.66%)、2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(9.38%)、邻苯二甲酸己烷-3-醇异丁醇酯(5.68%)、α-古巴烯(2.42%)、别香橙烯(2.36%)、β-谷甾醇(2.23%)、α-榄香烯(1.80%)和(1,4-二烷-2,5-二羟基)二甲醇(1.61%)。通过对其挥发油成分和含量的分析评价,为开发利用荸荠杨梅资源提供科学依据。 To determine the chemical components of volatile oil from Myrica rubra Boqi from Guizhou province. The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and its chemical components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectra (GC-MS) ,and their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization. Thirty-two compounds were identified ,which accounted for 94.64%. The major chemical components in the volatile oil were caryophyllene ( 20. 29% ), ethyl hexadecanoate ( 18.35% ), 5-hydroxymethyl-1,3,3-trimcthyl- 2-( 3-methyl-buta-1, 3-dienyl )-eyclopentanol ( 12.66% ), 2,2'-methylenebis ( 6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol ) ( 9. 38% ), phthalie acid hex-3-yl isobutyl ester (5.68%), α-copaene ( 2.42% ) , alloaromadendren ( 2. 36% ) , β-sitosterol (2.23%) ,α-elemene( 1.80% ) , and p-dioxane-2,5-dimethanol (1.61%). By analyzing and evaluating its volatile oil components and quantities ,the scientific data can be provided for exploitation of Myrica rubra Boqi resources.
