摘要
目的:探讨鼻敏颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效机制。方法:将自由喂养1周大鼠,按雌雄随机分为4组,即正常对照组、肺气虚型AR模型组、鼻敏颗粒组、阳性药物辛芩颗粒组,每组15只。用刨花烟熏的基础上,以卵清蛋白致敏造成肺气虚型AR大鼠模型,予以鼻敏颗粒(10g·kg-1)、辛芩颗粒(10g·kg-1)治疗2周,采用免疫荧光法检测大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10的含量。结果:1)正常组与各组比较,血清IL-4和IL-10水平有显著差异(P<0.01),造模后血清IL-4和IL-10水平有明显升高;2)正常组、模型组在观察期前后比较,血清IL-4和IL-10水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),而辛芩颗粒组、鼻敏颗粒组干预前后比较,血清IL-4和IL-10水平差异有意义,(P<0.05),IL-4与IL-10水平均迅速下降,3)治疗后辛芩颗粒组与鼻敏颗粒组比较,IL-4与IL-10水平差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻敏颗粒可降低肺气虚型AR大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10水平,可能是治疗肺气虚型AR的作用机制之一。
Objective: Discussing on effective mechanism of Bimin Granule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: Free feeding rats for lweeks, according to sex were randomly divided into 4groups, namely controlled group, lung-Qi deficiency type AR model group, Bimin granule group, positive medicine Xinqin Granules group, with 15rats in each group. Based on the wood smoke, sensitized to ovalbumin caused lung-Qi deficiency type AR rat model, be allergic particles ( 10g. kg-1 ), Xinqin Granule ( 10g. kg-1) treatment for 2weeks, were determined by immunofluorescence assay of serum IL-4, IL- 10in rats. Results: Compared with the normal group, serum IL-4and IL-10levels had significantly different (P〈0. 01 ), after the model of serum IL-4and IL-101evels were significantly increased; 2) The normal group, model groups before and after the observation period, serum IL-4and IL-101evels and no significant difference (P〉0.05), while the group Xinqin Granule before and after the intervention group Bimin Granule, serum IL-4and IL- 10levels and differences meaningful (P〈0. 05), IL-4and IL-101evels were decreased rapidly; 3 ) After the treatment group compared with Xinqin Granule and Bimin Granule group. IL- 4and IL-101evel difference was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Bimin Granule can reduce the serum IL-4, IL-101evels of lung-Qi deficiency type AR rats, may be the mechanism for the treatment of lung-Qi deficiency type of AR.
