摘要
目的:建立同时测定连丹乳膏中蛇床子素和丹皮酚含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为297 nm,柱温为室温。结果:蛇床子素、丹皮酚质量浓度分别在1.03~103.00、1.142~114.200μg/ml范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r均为0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈1%;平均加样回收率分别为99.51%和99.46%,RSD分别为1.84%和1.38%(n均为9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、专属性强,结果准确、可靠,可用于连丹乳膏的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of osthole and paeonol in Liandan cream.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a Inertsil ODS-3(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(25 ∶ 75,V/V)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 297 nm,and column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear within the range 1.03-103.00 μg/ml for osthole(r=0.999 9)and 1.142-114.2 μ g/ml for paeonol(r=0.999 9). RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1%. The average recoveries were 99.51%(RSD=1.84%,n=9)and 99.46%(RSD=1.38%,n=9),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple,rapid,specific,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Liandan cream.
