摘要
通过综合考虑城市基础设施水平、智慧应用水平、公共支撑体系等方面的因素,以北京、上海、广州、南京等8个城市的智慧城市规划纲要及"十二五"规划为依据,运用层次分析法构建了一套适合我国智慧城市发展的评价指标体系,为衡量和反映我国智慧城市建设的进度及发展水平,进一步建设智慧城市,以及比较各城市建设水平提供有益参考。
Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),this paper selected Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou and other eight cities’twelfth five-year plan about Smart City as the main basis. Through the comprehensive consideration of the urban infrastructure level,smart application level and public support system and other factors,the paper constructed a set of suitable evaluation system for China's smart city development. The paper provided a way to measure and reflect the construction process and development level of smart city in China,which is beneficial reference to further construction.
