摘要
近三年,高校动画专业连续被列为就业"红牌专业"。动画专业学生就业难问题已经严峻地摆在我们面前,但是,中国动画及相关市场领域的人才又非常稀缺。根据这一矛盾,找出高校动画专业教学的不足,调整专业发展的方向,提出解决动画专业毕业生就业难的途径和方法就显得尤为重要。
The major of animation has been classified as＆quot;Red Card Profession＆quot;in nearly three years.The students who majored in anima-tion cannot find proper jobs,but at the same time,the market and the related areas of animation in China are extremely short of talented peo-ple.According to the actual situation in small and medium-sized cities,the paper researches for these aspects as below：how to improve and perfect the animation teaching,adjust the direction of professional development and propose several ways that solve animation graduates＇em-ployment.
