摘要
MEMS陀螺仪是低成本惯性测量单元的重要组成部分,在载体姿态监测与导航控制中有着广泛应用。该文针对MEMS陀螺仪CRM100的信号,在分析该陀螺仪模拟量输出与数字量输出方式特点的基础上,详细介绍了CRM100陀螺仪信号调理电路的设计与实现方法,并对设计电路利用三轴位置速率摇摆温控转台进行了试验论证,试验结果表明,所设计的信号调理电路正确有效,为该陀螺仪后续的工程应用奠定了基础,具有一定的工程应用价值。
MEMS gyroscope which was an important part of low cost inertial measurement unit (IMU)was widely used in monitoring object pose and controlling navigation. This paper aiming at the problem of designing the signal adjust circuit of MEMS gyro CRM100 introduces the design and the realization method of signal adjust circuit for CRM100 gyroscope in detail ,which was based on the analysis of the analog output and digital output method of characteristics and makes demonstration to results by the way of thermostat triaxial position swing speed turntable. The test results show that the signal adjust circuit was designed correctly and effectively and it lays a foundation for the subsequent engineering applications gyroscope and has a certain value in engineering.
