摘要
目的促进高校学报的健康发展,提高高校学报的质量。方法从高校学报人力资源管理的重要性入手,提出优化途径。结果优化高校学报人力资源管理需要合理配置人力资源、提高编辑人员素质、建立有效的激励机制、建立科学的评价体系、确保人力资源可持续发展,激发和增强高校学报编辑的工作热情和积极性。结论对高校学报人力资源进行科学的管理是高校学报健康发展的关键。
Objective--To promote the healthy development of university journals, and improvetheir quality. Methods--The optimized ways are put forward from the importance of human resourcemanagement of university journals. Results--To optimize the human resource management of the edito-rial boards for journals of colleges and universities needs rational allocation of human resources, theimprovement of the qualities of editors, the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism and sci-entific evaluation system, the assurance of the sustainable development of editor staff as well as themotivation and enhancement of the enthusiasm of initiative work of journals editors. Conclusion--Thescientific management of human resources of university journals is the critical to the healthy develop-ment of university journals.
