抗菌肽对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Dietary Antimicrobial Peptides Levels on Production Performance and Blood Parameters of Hy-line Brown Hens in the Late Period of Laying Cycle

摘要 试验探讨日粮中添加不同水平抗菌肽对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。随机选取480只380日龄产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡分成4组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只鸡。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.01 L/kg、0.005 L/kg、0.002 L/kg浓度的抗菌肽。试验结果表明:抗菌肽显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重,其中Ⅱ组的产蛋率和蛋重分别高于Ⅰ组6.88%和6.18%,差异显著(P<0.05)。抗菌肽也有降低破蛋率和料蛋比的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅳ组血清白蛋白含量比Ⅰ组提高37.15%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。 The effect of antimicrobial peptides on production performance and blood parameters of Hy-line brown laying hens in the late period of laying cycle were studied in this paper. Four hundred and eighty 380-day-age hens with similar egg production were randomly divided into 4 groups with each group of three replicates and 40 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed with the basic diets,experimental groups were fed with 0.01 L/kg,0.005 L/kg, 0.002 L/kg antimicrobial peptides into the basis diets respectively. The results showed that: antimicrobial peptides could significantly increase egg production rate and average egg weight, which of group II were 6.88% and 6.18% higher than that of group I respectively (P〈0.05). Antimicrobial peptides group also had lower broken egg rate and feed to egg ratio (P〉0.05). The albumin level of group IV was 33.83% improved compared to group I (P〈0.01).
