摘要
目的探讨血清乳腺癌相关抗原(CA15-3)、血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶5b(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b,TRACP5b)与乳腺癌骨转移程度的相关性。
Objective To evaluate the changes of serum marker of breast cancer patients with osseous metastases and their clinical significance by detecting serum breast cancer antigen (CA15-3) and serum anti tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b (TRACP5b). Methods The patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology were chosen with 100 cases with bone metastases and 40 cases without bone metastases which were confirmed by the whole body bone imaging combined with clinical manifestation and other imaging methods at the same time. In addition, 30 cases of patients who were diagnosed with breast benign lesion by pathology were chosen as control group. Results The levels of serum CA15-3, TRACP5b in the group of breast cancer with bone metastases were significantly higher than in group without osseous metastases and breast benign lesion group. The levels of serum CA15-3, TRACP5b in the group without osseous metastases were much higher than in group with breast benign lesion group; The degree of osseous metastases of breast cancer and the levels of serum CA15-3, TRACP5b had significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.521, 0.519 (P 〈 0.001), Conclusion The degree of breast cancer with bone metastases and the levels of serum CA15-3, TRACP5b have significant positive correlation, the more serious the degree of bone metastases is, the higher the level of serum CA15-3, TRACP5b is.
