葡萄茎枯病菌生物学特性及室内药剂筛选研究 被引量:4

Study on biological characteristics and screening fungicides of Phoma glomerata

摘要 葡萄茎枯病菌是一种适生性十分广泛的检疫性真菌,国内尚未有发生为害报道。2012年宁波检验检疫局全国首次从进境意大利苹果种苗中截获了该病菌,为探索有效检疫处理和病菌防治手段,对该菌生物学特性和防治药剂室内筛选开展了研究。结果表明,葡萄茎枯病菌在供试PDA、OA、MEA、V8、H、CMA培养基上10~30℃条件下均可生长,35℃生长受到完全抑制,以在PDA培养基上25℃条件下生长速度最快。供试菌株对pH值适应范围较广,pH值4~11条件下均可生长,以pH值为8时生长最快。室内药剂筛选试验表明50%速克灵可湿性粉剂等7种药剂处理对病原菌菌落生长抑制率达100%,22.7%二氰蒽醌悬浮剂等12种药剂处理,对病原菌分生孢子萌发抑制率为100%。 Phoma glomerata (Corda) Wollenweber & Hochapfel is a ubiquitous fungus, numerous host plants have been listed, and included in the Chinese quarantine lists. The P. glomerata isolate ZM40-1 has been first intercepted on Mallus sp. imported from Italian in Ningbo port. This research is aim to study on biological characteristics and screening suitable fungicides ofP. glomerata. The results showed the isolate ZM40-1 grow well on six kind of medium during 10℃ to 30℃, including PDA, OA, MEA, VS, H and CMA. However, the isolate can not grow on 35℃. The optimal temperature is 25℃. The optimal pH is 8. There is a significant difference between treatments in inhibition of mycelium growth and conidiophores germination with different chemicals.
