摘要
采取分层整群抽样的方法,以自编的《云南省中小学教师应急知识教育现状调查问卷》为研究工具,对云南省32所中小学校505名教师实施应急知识教育现状及应急知识培训需求情况进行问卷调查。结果显示,中小学应急知识教育严重不足;中小学应急知识教育存在的主要问题是缺乏专业师资和缺乏课程主渠道;教师对开展应急知识教育持积极肯定的态度;教师对应急知识培训需求较高。建议加强中小学应急知识教育师资培训,构建中小学应急知识教育课程体系,系统开展中小学应急知识教育。
By means of stratified sampling and self-made questionnaires--Survey of the Present Situation of Emergency Knowledge Education of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Yunnan Province, we chose 505 teachers from 32 primary and secondary schools in Yunnan province as objects of our survey to mainly investigate the present situation and training needs of emergency knowledge education. Survey results show that primary and secondary schools are serious short of emergency knowledge education. The main problems of emergency knowledge education in primary and secondary schools are the lack of professional teachers and the main channel of courses. However, teachers hold a positive attitude on emergency knowledge education and they are in high need for the training of emergency knowledge education. We suggest to strengthen emergency knowledge education training for primary and secondary school teachers and to construct the emergency knowledge education system in primary and secondary schools in order to carry out the emergency knowledge education in primary and secondary schools systematically.
