摘要
高校科技期刊青年编辑的学历层次明显提高,自我实现的要求也与日俱增,本刊编辑部积极营造青年编辑成才环境,利用所在高校的优势和便利条件,有计划地鼓励并安排青年编辑攻读硕士、博士学位,而青年编辑也充分利用专业知识和技能为期刊把关,促进期刊发展,善用专业知识,提升期刊质量。
The educational level of sci-tech periodical young editors in colleges anct unlversites nas increased significantly, and self-fulfillment requirements are growing as well. The editorial department actively builds youth talent environment by using the advantages and convenient conditions of colleges and universities to encourage and arrange young editors to study for master or doctor degree in a planned way. The young editors also make full use of professional knowledge and skills for periodical checks to promote the development and quality of periodicals.
