摘要
通过地面旋转平台获得沿管套径向的运动载荷,研究了动载对管套中蒸汽凝结的影响.通过调节转台转速、冷却水流速和温度、蒸汽进口压力、流速等参数,得到了过载在0~2g范围内管套中蒸汽凝结特性的一些实验数据.通过分析这些数据,获得了动载下管套内蒸汽凝结的部分性能.结果表明,过载对于管套内蒸汽进出口压力、凝结传热效果具有显著影响.
An experimental study was conducted to investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics ot condensed steam flowing in a horizontal circular-tube annulus under dynamic load generated with a rotational platform.By changing parameters such as rotation speed,inlet temperature and flow rate of cooling water,inlet pressure and flow rate of steam,some flow and thermodynamic date of steam condensation under dynamic load of 0~2g were obtained.Through analyzing them,some characteristics of heat transfer from condensed steam to cooling water in the annulus under dynamic load.The results show that the dynamic load dramatically influences the condensation process of the steam in a horizontal circular-tube annulus.
