摘要
采用表面消毒划线法从醉马草分离获得6株内生细菌,分别命名为261MG1、261MG2、261MG3、261MG4、261MY5和261MY6,并对其进行了生物功能测定和鉴定。结果表明,有5株内生细菌对马铃薯炭疽病菌和马铃薯坏疽病菌有较好拮抗作用,有4株对马铃薯枯萎病菌有较好拮抗作用,且261MG2、261MG3、261MG4和261MY6对3种病原菌均有较好拮抗作用;除261MG4外均有固氮和产吲哚乙酸能力;通过培养性状和形态特征,结合16S rDNA序列相似性分析,将261MG1、261MG2、261MG3、261MY6、261MG4和261MY5分别鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis、Bacillus axarquiensis、莫海威芽孢杆菌Bacillus mojavensis、解淀粉芽孢杆菌Bacillus amyloliquefaciens、耐盐短杆菌Brevibacterium halotolerans和棒形杆菌Clavibacter sp.。该研究结果为醉马草内生细菌进一步开发利用提供了依据。
6 endophytic bacteria of Achnatheruminebrians collected from Alpine grassland on East Qilian Mountains were isolated using a surface disinfection method,and named 261MG1,261MG2,261MG3, 261MG4,261MY5 and 261MY6,respectively.Of these,5 strains had strong antifungal activity againstColle-totrichumcoccodes and Phomafoveata,and 4 strains were active against Fusariumavenaceum.In addition, 261MG2,261MG3,261MG4 and 261MY6 had inhibitory activity against 3 other pathogens.Except for 261MG4,the endophytic bacteria had the nitrogen-fixing ability and IAA (indole acetic acid)secreting.Based on the culture characteristics,morphological characteristics and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis,261MG1, 2 6 1 MG2 ,2 6 1 MG3 ,2 6 1 MY6 ,2 6 1 MG4 and 2 6 1 MY5 were identified as Bacillussubtilis,Bacillusaxarquien-sis,Bacillusmojavensis,Bacillusamyloliquefaciens,Brevibacteriummichiganensis,and Clavibactersp .,re-spectively.The study provides the evidence for the existence of endophytic bacteria of A.inebriansin East Qil-ian Mountains Alpine grassland,and the initial exploration of their identity and properties.
