摘要
为了研究高瓦斯煤层孤岛工作面采空区的流场分布规律,以天池矿15102孤岛工作面为对象,采用FLUENT数值模拟软件,对15102工作面采空区的风流场、氧浓度场、自燃三带以及瓦斯浓度场分布进行了模拟,并根据模拟结果进行了现场应用。结果表明:与孤岛工作面进风侧相邻的采空区局部存在自燃危险性,通过采用FR-1阻化泡沫灌注采空区,可有效预防15102孤岛工作面采空区浮煤自然发火,保证工作面的安全回采。
15102 island coal seam is taken as the object in order to study flow field distribution law of face goaf at high gas island. By use of FLUENT numerical simulation software, wind flow field, oxygen concentration field, spontaneous combustion three zones and gas concentra-tion distribution of the goaf of 15102 face are simulated, and the simulation results are put into applications. The results show that the goaf ad-jacent to the air inlet side is of spontaneous combustion risks. Use of FR-1 resistance foam to fill the goaf can effectively prevent 15102 island face from spontaneous combustion, so as to ensure the safe recovery at the mining face.
