正义乃关注生命、维护生命、促进生命。正义与生命同在,故谓生命正义。就城乡教师均衡发展而言,"均衡"是让城乡教师生命绽放自由之美;"均衡"是机会与地位平等地向城乡教师开放;"均衡"是城乡教师差异间的博弈、共享与共生;"均衡"是城乡教师在磋商对话中凝聚共识;"均衡"是让处境不利的乡村教师利益最大化。
