摘要
生态文明与工业文明是不同文明进化阶段或人类发展模式,其能动主体、理性基础、动力逻辑、利益关照、生产方式和社会形态明显不同。作为其侧面内容的物质文明、精神文明和政治文明也有重大差异。尽管资本主义国家生态重构有力,但不做社会政治制度根本变革,克服资本主义生产方式与自然外在生产条件矛盾,它就只能是一种革面不洗心的局部资本主义生态改良。只有坚持社会主义原则对未来社会与自然关系整体革新,才能为实现生态文明提供新制度保障。
The eco - civilization and industrial civilization are the different civilization stage or human development models. They are different in re- spects of agent, reason foundation, dynamic logic, interest party, production mode and social state. As the profile contents of them, there are many differ- ences among he material civilization, spiritual civilization and the political one. Although the capitalist country have been engaged in the strong ecological reconstruction, if there is no a complete social or political reform and the conquer to the paradox between the capitalist production mode and natural pro- duction condition, the ecological reconstruction is just a partial capitalist ecological reform. It is the whole innovation to the future society and nature rela- tionship in terms of socialist principles that can provide new institution guarantee for the achievement of the eco - civilization.
