摘要
众筹融资作为新兴互联网金融模式在国外的发展十分迅猛。通过分析国外众筹融资发展的现状、模式及特点,并结合国内众筹融资发展的典型模式,探讨国内众筹融资发展过程中存在的问题,同时结合国外众筹的监管经验,提出了加快众筹融资法律法规建设、完善众筹监管体系、加强众筹平台建设和提升众筹出资者素质等政策建议。
As a new mode of internet financial , crowd funding develops rapidly in foreign countries. Through the analysis of the status, mode and characteristics of the development of overseas crowd funding, and combining by the typical model of the domestic crowd funding, the problems in the domestic crowd funding are discussed. At the same time, united with foreign regulatory experience of crowd funding, there are some suggestions put forward to, such as accelerating the laws and regulations construction, raising financing perfect supervision system, strengthening the platform construction and improving the quality of investors.
