摘要
成为教育教学的研究者是教师专业发展的一个重要观念。高校教师对自己的教学进行研究是高等学校,尤其是研究型大学教师专业发展的重要途径,也是成长为卓越教师的必经之路。虽有独特优势,但当前阶段,高校教师普遍缺乏对自己的教育教学进行研究的自觉意识和专业能力。高校教师教学发展中心可把促进教师成为自己教学的研究者作为未来工作的一个探索方向,积极引导教师们以专业眼光反观并审视自身的教学,基于教师教学研究的实际发展水平提供专业咨询服务、适时组织教学研究方法的具体培训与训练,如高水平教研论文的撰写与发表等研修活动以提升高校教师教学研究的意识和能力。
Teacher-as-researcher is an important concept in teacher professional development. One of the important ways to promote tertiary teacher development,esp. professional development of teachers at research universities,is to let teachers conduct research in their own classrooms. However,at present,most teachers at HEIs in China don't take the initiative,nor do they have the the expertise to do research on their own teaching. Therefore,it is necessary to establish tertiary teacher development centers to help faculty become teacher-researchers,give them guidance in reflective teaching,as well as provide professional consultation and methodological training on teacher research,so as to encourage research initiative among teachers and improve their research capabilities.
