摘要
目的:探讨不同音乐节奏的健美操对于女大学生减肥效果的影响,为健美操运动减肥的研究提供理论支持。方法:以40名超重、普通综合性大学无健美操运动基础女大学生为研究对象,随机分为快节奏运动组和慢节奏运动组,每组20人,分别对两组学生进行为期16周的不同音乐节奏运动干预。于运动干预前后分别测试学生的身体形态指标、血脂指标以及瘦素、瘦素受体蛋白表达。结果:快、慢节奏健美操运动干预16周后体重、BMI、脂肪百分比均有明显下降。16周快节奏健美操运动能提升学生的肌肉百分比(P<0.05)。对比运动干预前,慢节奏组运动后的TG、CHOL、LDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。16周快节奏和慢节奏的健美操运动都能够显著降低超重女大学生的高血清瘦素水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),16周慢节奏健美操运动能显著提高超重女大学生的瘦素受体水平(P<0.01)。结论:1快、慢节奏健美操运动均可以通过缓解瘦素抵抗来降低超重学生体重,慢节奏健美操运动作用显著。2快节奏健美操运动在增加肌肉含量上作用显著,慢节奏健美操运动在降低体脂方面作用显著,习练者可以根据自身需求不同选择不同音乐伴奏节奏进行练习。
Objective:In this article, the authors explored different musical rhythms aerobics for weight loss effects of fema/e college students to provide theoretical support for researching aerobics exercise to lose weight. Methods :40 obese, no basis female students were randomly divided into a fast-paced and slow-paced exercise movement groups. Different music rhythm movement interventions for 16 weeks were carried out respectively on two groups of students. Students'body shape index, serum lipids, leptin and leptin receptor protein expression were tested. Results: the weight, BMI, waist circumference and fat percentage were significantly reduced in both groups. 16 weeks fast-paced aerobics exercise can improve students' muscle percentage( P 〈 0. 05 ). The TG, CHOL, LDL-C were significantly lower (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ), HDL-C levels were significantly increased(P 〈0. 05). 16 weeks of fast-paced and slow-paced sport aerobics can significantly re- duce high obesity female students serum leptin levels ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). 16 weeks slow-paced aerobics exercise can significantly improve the leptin receptor levels in obese female students ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions : 1. serum leptin levels caused by reduced aerobic exercise to reduce body fat content is closely related. 2. fast-paced aerobics role can increase muscle content significantly, slow-paced aerobics can reduce the body fat significantly, practitioners can choose different musical accompaniment rhythm exercises according to their different needs.
