摘要
以安康G316线(K1962+270)路面大修工程的水泥稳定就地冷再生基层施工为例,进行室内性能检测以及配合比设计。在不同的旧料掺加比例和水泥剂量基础上进行了混合料的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度以及抗压回弹模量试验。结果表明,随着水泥剂量的增加,混合料无侧限抗压强度升高,同时考虑造价成本等因素,推荐水泥设计用量为5.0%。
By taking the overhaul project of Ankang section of G316 National Highway as study object, the base course was regenerated with cement, and indoor performance detection and mix proportion design were conducted. Tests on unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and compressive modulus of resilience were carried out with different amounts of reclaimed material and cement. The results show that unconfined compressive strength increases following the increment of cement amount; recommended cement amount is 5.0% considering the cost.
