赵家沟大桥竖转提升系统关键设计技术研究

摘要 竖转提升是拱桥施工中的一种施工工艺。在赵家沟大桥的施工实践中对竖转提升系统设计的关键技术进行了深入的研究,提出了全新的塔架设计理念、拱肋合龙与体系装换方法,在施工实践中对塔架、竖转铰与合龙铰进行了创新设计,使得上述理念与方法得以实现,并简化了施工工艺,降低了施工难度和减少了施工费用。 Vertically rotating lift system is a new rising construction technology in arch bridge construction.The key technology of vertically rotating lift system has been studied in the construction practice for Zhaojiagou Bridge.A new design idea of the tower(pylon bent) and new method of arch rib closure and system transformation has been put forward.The innovative design of the tower(pylon bent),vertically rotating hinge and closure hinge during the construction practice,has made the theory and method to implementation,and simplified the construction process,reduced the construction difficulty and construction cost.
