摘要
目的:评价和分析安舒恩雅IUD与吉妮柔适IUD两种固定式宫内节育器的临床使用效果及不良反应。方法:对自愿要求放置IUD而无禁忌证的育龄期妇女160例,随机86例放置安舒恩雅IUD,74例放置吉妮柔适IUD并进行随访,观察置器后的1、3、6、12个月避孕效果及不良反应。结果:安舒恩雅IUD与吉妮柔适IUD相比较,1、3、6、12个月续用率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),12月时其不良反应中经量增多、白带改变情况及性生活不适方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吉妮柔适IUD与安舒恩雅IUD均有良好的避孕效果及可接受性。安舒恩雅IUD在白带改变及性生活不适方面略优于吉妮柔适IUD,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate and analyze the clinical effects and adverse reactions of AnshuEnya IUD and GeneFix IUD. Methods： A total of 160 women of childbearing age without contraindications inserted with IUD voluntarily were divided into two groups： 86 women were inserted with AnshuEnya IUD and 74 women were inserted with GeneFix IUD. The women in the two groups were followed up; the contraceptive effects and adverse reactions at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after IUD insertion were observed. Results： There was no statisti- cally significant difference in consecutive usage rates of IUD at 1,3, 6 and 12 months after IUD insertion between AnshuEnya IUD group and GeneFix IUD group （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but there were statistically significant differences in adverse reactions at 12 months after IUD insertion, such as menorrhagia, change of leucorrhea and sexual discomfort （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The contraceptive effects and acceptability of AnshuEnya IUD and GeneFix IUD are good. AnshuEnya IUD is slightly better than GeneFix IUD in aspects of change of leucorrhea and sexu- al discomfort, so it is worth of clinical application.
