A Novel Model of Hydraulic Cylinder Friction Based on LuGre Model

摘要 通过分析液压缸摩擦力的诸多特性,基于LuGre摩擦模型,引入滑动油膜动态特性方程,建立一种液压缸摩擦力新模型。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建模型原理图,对新模型进行仿真,并与实测数据进行对比。研究结果表明:建立的液压缸摩擦力新模型能够反映实验中观测到的绝大多数摩擦特性,与实测数据吻合较好,可适用于各种精密液压系统的仿真与控制策略研究中。 The features of friction phenomenon of hydraulic cylinder were analyzed. Based on LuGre model and considering the hydraulic cylinder friction properties, the hydraulic cylinder friction model was established by introducing the dynamic characteristics of lubricant film. The principle diagram of the model was set up in the Simulink. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, indicating that the new model can reflect the vast majority of the friction characteristics observed in experiment with a high precision. The new model can be used for the simulation of high precision hydraulic system and the research of control strategy.
