摘要 胎儿脊髓圆锥是指胎儿脊髓下段呈圆锥形的结构,其末端与脊柱之间有一个向上移行的过程。随着科学的发展,各种影像学技术都可以观察妊娠期胎儿脊髓圆锥末端位置及形态结构,这对早期发现脊髓先天性疾病、诊断脊髓栓系综合征及指导新生儿腰椎定位穿刺具有重要意义。因此,了解胎儿脊髓圆锥位置研究的历史及影像学在胎儿脊髓圆锥研究中的应用,有助于制定新的研究方向。 Conus medullaris of fetus refers to a cone structure located in the lower section of the fetal spinal cord, which involves in a process of upward migration between its end and the spine. With the development of science, various imaging techniques can be used to observe the terminal position and morphological structure of gestational fetal conus medullaris, which is of great significance for the early detection of spinal congenital diseases, the diagnosis of tethered cord syndrome, and the guide of positioning the neonatal lumbar puncture. Therefore, understanding of the research history and iconography application of fetal conus medullaris's terminal position is helpful to define new research directions.
