自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后微循环障碍机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着医疗技术水平的提高,自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)致死及致残率下降至25%-50%,但仍有一半以上患者遗留有神经功能或认知功能障碍,甚至全脑萎缩,既往多归因于脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospsam,CVS)。近期研究发现1/4-1/3的SAH患者有造影上血管痉挛,但未见明显脑缺血或梗死征像("有大血管痉挛无症状"),而有一部分患者,有缺血或梗死但却无明显大血管痉挛("有症状而无大血管痉挛")。
