摘要
探讨梳棉针布优化配置对提高成纱强力的效果。讨论了梳棉梳理质量与成纱强力的关系。通过合理配备梳棉梳理针布,优化梳棉工艺参数,并进行了一系列的对比试验,使JC 14.6 tex单纱断裂强度由14.1 c N/tex提高到15.4 c N/tex,单强CV值由10.6%下降到9.6%。认为:梳棉工艺要与梳理针布选型相适应,合理确定落棉率,控制生条短绒的增长率,保证对纤维的适度梳理度,能够有效提高成纱强力。
Effect of card clothing optimization configuration on yarn strength improvement was discussed. Relation- ship between the carding quality and yarn strength was discussed. Card clothing was reasonably configured, carding pro- cessing parameter was optimized, a series of tests were contrasted, the breaking strength of JC 14.6 tex yarn is increased from 14.1 cN/tex to 15.4 cN/tex, the single yarn strength CV value is dropped from 10.6% to 9.6%. It is pointed out that card clothing selection should he fitted with carding process. Noil rate should be reasonably determined, growth rate of sliver short fiber is controlled, moderate carding degree should he ensured then the yarn strength can be improved ef- fectively.
