摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS建立钢管角钢组合塔管板节点的三维实体模型,对其受力过程、承载力及其破坏模式进行分析,研究节点板长度、角钢厚度、角钢边宽以及角钢长度对钢管角钢组合塔管板节点极限承载力及破坏模式的影响。研究结果表明:在一定取值范围内,节点板长度的改变对节点的极限承载力几乎没有影响;角钢厚度对节点承载力影响显著,其承载力随着角钢厚度的增加而增大;角钢边宽和角钢长度对节点极限承载力的影响较小。研究结果可为钢管角钢组合塔的节点设计提供参考。
Three dimensional solid models of tube-angle combo tower tube-gusset Joints were built, and the loading process, ultimate strength and failure mode of joints were discussed. The factors affecting the ultimate strength and failure mode of tube-angle combo tower tube-gusset joints were analyzed; these factors include gusset plate length, steel angle thickness, steel angle edge width, and steel angle length. The results show that in a certain range, the ultimate strength remains almost unchanged as gusset plate length increases. The ultimate strength increases as steel angle thickness increased. Steel angle edge width has little effect on the ultimate strength; and steel angle length has a tiny influence on the ultimate strength. The results can provide reference for design of tube-angle combo tower joints.
