摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的一种内分泌及代谢紊乱性疾病,其主要特征为肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素表现、持续性无排卵以及卵巢多囊样改变等。近年来发现肥胖与PCOS的发生有着密切的联系,随着对脂肪细胞的内分泌作用进一步了解,逐渐认识到脂肪所产生的脂肪细胞因子可能是导致PCOS发生的重要因素之一。现就国内外这一方面的研究进展做一综述。
Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）is one of the most common diseases of endocrine and metabolic disorder in women of reproductive age.It＇s characterized by obesity,insulin resistance,hyperandrogenism,chronic anovulation and polycystic ovaries.In recent year,it is found that the occurrence of PCOS is closely related to adipokines.With the further understanding the endocrine of adipose tissue,it is found that adipokines may be one of the important factors leading to the occurrence of PCOS.This paper reviews the research progress in correlations between polycystic ovary syndrome and adipokines.
