摘要
目的了解重庆市医疗机构消毒灭菌工作质量,加强医院消毒与感染控制管理工作。方法用χ2检验的方法比较各市医疗机构监测合格率、连续10年监测的合格率。结果连续10年监测合格率为98.87%,各年度的监测合格率逐年上升有统计学意义(χ2趋势=67.66,P<0.01)。综合医院与专科医院的监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.132,P>0.05)。各类样品监测合格率均>90%且差异有统计学意义(χ2=185.408,P<0.01)。结论重庆市市级三甲医疗机构消毒工作质量较好,且不断提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions of Chongqing and to strengthen the supervision of disinfection and infection control in these hospitals. Methods Chi square test was used to compare disinfection qualified rates among different hospitals at municipal level during 2001 to2010. Results The average qualified rate was 98. 87% through the period and the qualified rate showed an ascent trend year after year（χ2趋势= 67. 66,P〈0. 01）. The qualified rate of the general hospital and specialized hospital showed no statistical significant difference（χ2= 1. 132,P〈 0. 05）. The qualified rates of all the samples surpassed 〉90%,with statistical differences（ χ2= 185. 408,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The quality of disinfection work is comparatively well and has been improving year by year in top three level medical institutions at municipal level in Chongqing.
