摘要
体育课程被纳入高校的必修课程,不仅能够增强大学生的身心素质,而且还能够更好地推动高校素质教育的发展。但大多数体育课程都是以增强学生身体素质作为课程开设的目标,并没有展现高校体育教学人文元素的特点。因此,为了能更好地进行体育教学,均衡发展大学生的身心素质,应当把人文元素融入到现代高校体育教学当中,用新颖、独特的方式促进体育课程的发展。
Physical education is included in the required course for college students, which can not only enhance the physical quality, but also promote the development of quality education in Colleges. But most college has just taken sports curriculum as a way to enhance physical quality, without taking humanistic elements in it. Therefore for the sake of improving the sports curriculum and balancing physical and mental quality of students, it is supposed to take humanistic elements into modern sports curriculum , so as to develop the sports curriculum in a novel and unique way.
