一株与鲍氏志贺氏菌发生血清交叉凝集的福氏志贺氏菌鉴定

摘要 [目的]对未知的能够引起腹泻的病原菌进行分离与鉴定。[方法]挑取腹泻患者粪便标本中可疑部分直接接种在麦康凯及XLD琼脂琼脂平板培养基中,培养后将可疑菌株进行生化试验和血清学凝集试验。[结果]生化试验表明,该菌株符合福氏志贺氏菌特性,但抗原与鲍氏志贺氏菌有交叉凝集反应,药敏结果表明试验菌对庆大霉素、四环素、链霉素、氯霉素呈高度敏感,对先霉素、红霉素、病特灵、青霉素、氨苄青霉素和新霉素均不敏感。[结论]考虑到细菌与诊断血清的交叉凝集现象,通过系统的生化试验和血清稀释凝集试验进行验证和判定,根据生化反应和血清学试验结果做出正确的判断,判定试验菌为志贺氏菌福氏2b血清型。 [ Objective] To identify the unknown pathogenic bacteria that could induce diarrhea. [ Method ] Suspicious part in diarrhea patients dejecta were directly inoculated into mark Kang Kai and XLD agar medium,biochemical and serological agglutination test would be done for detection of suspicious bacteria after cultured. [ Result] Biochemical experimental data indicate that the strains meet Shigella flexneri characteristics ,but antigen happened to have cross agglutination with Shigella dysenteriae, drug susceptibility test showed that the test bacteria are highly sensitive to gentamycin, tetracycline, streptomycin, ehloromycetin, whereas, kanamycin, erythromyein, moroxydine, Trane, penicillin, ampicillin, neomycin were not. [ Conclusion] Taking the cross agglutination phenomenon into account,we determine the bacteria is serotype 2b of Shigellaflexneri verified and determined by biochemical tests and serum dilution agglutination test system.
