摘要
将系列聚乙二醇单酯(MYZ)作为乳化剂应用于苯丙乳液聚合,并测试了单体的转化率、凝胶率、乳液的表面张力和机械稳定性、以及成膜的接触角、吸水率等.结果表明MYZ的临界胶束浓度(CMC)、乳化力等均优于传统乳化剂琥珀酸壬基酚聚乙烯醚磺酸钠(HJZH).用MYZ600合成的苯丙乳液的单体转化率高于HJZH,凝胶率低于HJZH,表明MYZ可替代含有环境激素的HJZH作为苯丙乳液聚合的乳化剂.
Series of maleic glycal monoesters (MYZ) were applied to polymerization of styrene emulsions. The conversion rate of the monomers and the gel amounts were measured during the polymerization. The mechanical stability of the emulsions, contact angle and water absorption of films formed from the emulsion were investigated. The results show that critical micelle concentration (CMC) and emulsifying property of MYZ were better than the traditional emulsifier of nonylphenol phlyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinate (HJZH). The conversion rate of the emulsions used MYZ600 as an emulsifier was larger than that of HJZH, and the gel amount was less than that used HJZH, indicating that MYZ was able to replace HJZH as an emulsifier in the polymerization of styrene emulsions.
