摘要
以MG200岩土钻机钻架立面变角机构为研究对象,应用虚位移原理分析大臂举升油缸和桅杆俯仰油缸的受力状态,推导出两个油缸承载力的通用力学表达式.运用Matlab软件对大臂举升油缸和桅杆俯仰油缸的承载力进行仿真,得出两个油缸承载力随油缸自身伸缩量的变化及特定工况下承载力与时间的动态响应关系.研究结果为立面变角油缸的设计选型和动态受力分析提供理论依据,也为钻架系统的结构参数优化和钻机施工的过程控制提供有益参考.
Pertaining to the elevation variable-angle mechanism of MG200 geotechnical drill-frame, the loading on principal boom lift and mast sway cylinders are analyzed based on the virtual displacement principle. Meanwhile, the generic mechanical expressions of the bespoke cylinder forces are deduced. By em- ploying MatlabTM for force simulation, the dynamic response relationship between the cylinder-expansion- related force variation and time-based force under specific working conditions is obtained. Therein, this ap- proach provides a theoretical reference to design option selection, dynamic loading analysis, structural pa- rameter optimization and construction process control.
