摘要
针对当前电网黑启动要求以及国产1000MW超超临界机组火力发电厂已经实现机组快速切负荷FCB控制功能的现状,面对可能发生的区域性大面积停电事故,本文着重探讨南方电网百万机组作为黑启动电源的可行性研究、电气设计改造、计算仿真以及黑启动试验等问题,仅供同行们参考、共享。
For the current background, the power grids having the requirements of black start, on the other hand, domestic 1000MW ultra-supercritical thermal power have achieved fast cut back (FCB) control functions. Faced with possible large-scale regional blackouts, this paper focuses on the feasibility study, electrical design transformation, computational simulation,black start testing and other issues for Southern Power Grid 1000MW unit used as the black start power supply,it is worth the refer-ence and sharing for colleagues.
