摘要
为降低建筑止水带更换维修成本,采用水溶性聚醚和油溶性聚醚复配,经过二步法制备双液型液体膨胀橡胶,探讨了聚醚配比、增塑剂类型对液体膨胀橡胶性能的影响,确定了产品应用施工方法。实验结果表明:聚醚多元醇521∶聚醚多元醇TDB2000=85∶15,反应温度85℃,增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,催化剂采用二月桂酸二丁基锡,通过灌浆浇筑形成的液体膨胀橡胶止水带,经过3年使用发现防水效果良好。
In order to reduce the cost of the change of building water stop, the two-component liguidswelling rubber was prepared by mixing water soluble polyether with oil soluble polyether, and applying atwo-step method. The effect of polyether ratio and plasticizer type on performance of liquid swellingrubber was investigated, and the application of the product in construction was carried out. The liguidswelling rubber water stop was prepared under the following conditions the ratio of polyether polyol 521to TDB2000 was 85 : 15, the reaction temperature was 85℃, dioctyl phthalate was used as plasticizer, anddibutyltin dilaurate was used as catalyst. After three years of use, the waterproof performance of theproduct is still fine.
