摘要
目的探讨血站垂直一体化管理实施后的院感知识培训模式,以及快速提高采血点院感管理水平的培训方法。方法分析对比常规化培训模式与系统化培训模式下中心站与各采血点院感管理项目合格率和院感培训效果。结果常规化培训模式下,中心站院感管理项目合格率与考试成绩明显高于各采血点(P﹤0.05);系统化培训模式下,中心站与采血点院感管理相关项目合格率、考试成绩均稳步提高,且采血点提高迅速,两者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 系统化培训模式是比较科学的培训模式,适用于血站垂直一体化管理后的院感培训。
Objective To investigate the hospital infection training mode after vertically integrated management in blood station,and to rapid increase the hospital infection management level in blood collection sites.Method Through comparison between the routine training mode and the systematic training mode,the quality rate of the hospital infection management items and examination result were analyzed.Result Generalize a training mode,the center court sense of management project percent of pass and test scores are significantly higher than the blood collection point （P ＜ 0.05） ; Systematic training mode,the center is associated with each collection point hospital management project percent of pass and test scores are improving steadily,and a rapid increase in blood collection point there has no obvious difference （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Systematic training model is more scientific training mode,suitable for blood stations after the vertical integration management of knowledge training.
