摘要
以有机溶剂为分散剂,以乙酰丙酮和氢氧化锌为原料,合成了乙酰丙酮锌.将所制备的乙酰丙酮锌与其他热稳定剂原料复配,采用烘箱热老化法及流变实验,考察了乙酰丙酮锌对PVC的热稳定作用,结果表明:加入适量的乙酰丙酮锌,能显著提高PVC的初期着色性和长期热稳定性.
The zinc acetylacetonate was successfully synthesized using organic solvent as a dispersion mech- um, acetyl acetone and zinc hydroxide as raw material. The composites consisting of zinc acetylacetonate and other kinds of heat stability were prepared with specific ration, and the effect of zinc acety|acetonate on thermal stability of PVC was investigated by static aging test and torque rheometer. The result shows that proper addition of acetyl acetone zinc can significantly improve PVC initial coloring and long-term thermal stability.
