摘要
基于"公平工资—努力"为核心的效率工资理论,对企业内部"公平—效率工资"决定进行了模型分析,特别考察了跨国因素的影响。研究表明,高生产率可由高于市场出清水平的效率工资予以保障,公平性可由遵循均等化投入产出比的总体工资—努力函数关系予以保障,企业公平—效率工资出现在努力与工资水平之比与员工总体工资—努力函数的唯一切点上,且此公平—效率工资为企业最佳工资水平。研究证实,企业工资决定中对效率与公平的兼顾可以通过公平—效率工资实现。
Based on the Efficiency Wage Theory rooted on Fair Wage - Effort Hypothesis, this paper gives a model analysis on, the determination of corporation "Fair- Efficiency Wage". The effect of international development has been tested as well. It shows that, high efficiency in productivity is able to be achieved by providing Efficiency Wage, which is beyond the market clearance wage. Equali- ty in distribution is available by the Wage - Effort function keeping to the equalization of input - output ratio. The Fair - Efficiency Wage is fixed at the point of tangency by the ratio of effort to wage and the curve of staff's wage -effort. In conclusion, Fair- Efficiency Wage is an effective way to realize efficiency allied with equality.
