摘要
基于学术性与职业性的框架,对西方高等教育质量观演变的历史研究并不鲜见。但已有研究主要是基于高等教育思想层面而不是史实层面的研究。本研究基于对相关概念的重新界定,从历史事实的角度对西方高等教育质量观的演进过程进行了梳理,并从高等教育规律的角度解释了这种演变的内在原因。
The research on the evolution of quality outlook on western higher education is few. But these researches are based on the ideas of higher education, rather than on the historical facts. This article discussed some concept, combed the evolution process of quality outlook on western higher education from historical facts, and explained the reason for the evolution from higher education law.
