先天性外耳道闭锁病人行骨锚式助听器植入术的护理
Nursing care of patients with congenital aural atresia undergoing bone anchored hearing aid implantation
摘要
骨锚式助听器(bone—anchored hearing aids,BA—HA)主要包括3部分:一个钛质的植入螺丝,一个外部连接桥基,一个可拆分的声音处理器。它是通过骨传导方式改善听力效果的一种助听设备,其工作原理是:声音处理器拾取声音信号,将其转换为振动;桥基连接植入体和声音处理器,并将声音振动从声音处理器传送到植入体;钛金属植入体通过骨头将声音振动直接传送到耳蜗,绕过外耳或中耳中可能存在的听力障碍,主要应用于各种传导性听力损失的病人,效果很好。
