摘要 综述了环面蜗杆传动啮合理论的研究进展,其中涉及直廓环面蜗杆传动、平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动、锥面及双锥面二次包络环面蜗杆传动和环面二次包络环面蜗杆传动等环面蜗杆传动类型。阐述了环面蜗杆螺旋面的成形原理,环面蜗杆副的啮合理论、修形方法和失配技术。并对环面蜗杆传动啮合理论发展历史当中具有重要意义的成果和进展,进行了择要评述。 Research development in meshing theory of toroidal worm drive, involving the Hindley worm drive, the plane doub-le-enveloping toroidal worm drive (the TP worm drive), the conical and double-cone double-enveloping toroidal worm drive,and so on, are discussed in this paper. The formation principle of the helicoid of toroidal worm, the meshing theory, the modi-fication approach and the mismatch theory are all sketched. Some compendious comments are made on the significant achieve-ments and progresses in meshing theory development of the toroidal worm drives.
