摘要
以X射线衍射(XRD)和电子扫描电镜(SEM)为分析手段,对高水速凝材料的原材料的化学成分及矿物组成进行研究;并对其水化产物进行测试,研究高水材料结石体的微观形貌特征。分析结果表明:高水材料由四种原材料组成,其主要化学成分包括CaO、Al2O3和CaSO4等,主要矿物为硫铝酸钙与石膏。材料形成的水化产物主要是钙矾石,其微观形貌为枝柱状、枝网状结构,结构之间存在大量的空隙。钙矾石的抗风化能力较差,不宜在干燥、开放式环境中使用。
Based on X-ray diffraction( XRD) and electron scanning electron microscopy( SEM),the raw material's chemical composition and mineral composition of high-water-content material stone were studied.And the hydration products were tested for analysis of high-water-content material stone's microstructure characteristics.The results showed that high-water-content material was composed of four kinds of raw materials,which the main chemical composition including CaO,Al2O3 and CaSO4,etc,and the main mineral was calcium sulphoaluminate and gypsum;the hydration products was ettringite,whose microstructure was branches of columnar mesh structure,and there was a lot of space between the structure;Weathering resistance of ettringite was poor,and this material should not be used in dry and open environment.
