摘要
内蒙古克什克腾旗经过10多年基本草原生态的保护和建设,草原生态环境明显好转,实现了由"整体恶化,局部控制"向"整体遏制,局部好转"的转变。针对草原生态保护与建设的难点,从指导原则、保障体系、具体措施等方面总结克什克腾旗草原生态保护与建设的经验,具有重要的借鉴价值。
After more than 10 years’ protection and construction of grassland ecology, the grass-land ecological environment of Hexigten Banner has improved markedly. It achieved the transi-tion from “overall deterioration and local control” to “total containment and partial improve-ment”. Aiming at the difficulties of protection and construction of grassland ecology, it has im-portant reference value to summary the experience of protection and construction of grassland e-cology of Hexigten Banner from aspects of the guiding principle, security system and specific measures, etc.
